This privacy policy explains which personal data we process in connection with the ntool website and application (ntool.ch). The Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.

What data we process

Server logs. When you visit the website, technically necessary access data is logged (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used for security and error analysis and is deleted after a short period.

Account data. Signing in to ntool happens via the central 8am platform. In doing so we process your email address and the profile details required to operate your account. Authentication is handled by Supabase.

Access requests. If you request access via the form, we store your name and email address in order to process your request and contact you.

Content in the application. Content you create in ntool as a user (campaigns, templates, media, brand settings) is stored to provide the service and kept strictly separated per tenant.

No tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools on the public website. A cookie is used only for your language preference and — after signing in — for your session.

Processors and hosting

We use carefully selected service providers to operate the service, in particular:

  • Hosting of the application in Germany
  • Supabase for authentication and database
  • Bunny.net as content delivery network (GDPR-compliant)
  • A self-hosted system for error reporting

Your data stays in Europe. Data processing agreements are in place with all providers.

AI features

The AI assistant in ntool processes the texts and context data you provide in order to generate drafts. Only the data required for the specific request is transmitted to the AI model; it is not used for training.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. In case of violations you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may amend this privacy policy as needed. The version published on this page applies.
